Just wanted to be checked for sickness, I think it feels like pneumonia. I started checking into the urgent care a little before 12:00pm, it's now 2:23pm, im hungry, getting irritated and I'm back in my waiting in my room from a quick chest xray. As time passes I'm starting to find myself one with the seat. Almost as if I woke up here this morning and never left. Lack of contact has me curious about the outside world and what could become of it in my long absence from society. Who's president, are there still 50 states, who won the superbowl, are cars flying yet. So many questions that may be left un answered. Just tell me when I'm out of here oneday... what year is it?

I had to wait MONTHS to be able to see my primary here…. MONTHS…… It was a rainy day with bad traffic and I arrived a MINUTE over the allotted late time which was 9:45 am (I arrived at 9:46). They would not take me….. Her next available appointment wasn’t until months out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go get better care with more professional and empathetic service somewhere/anywhere else.

Doctor Cabral is wonderful however the receptionists are not. She refused to book me for a covid test because I already took a very expired one at home. Told me I had to go buy over the counter even after I told her I cannot afford it. What's the point of doctors if they won't diagnose you? I have to provide proof for work.

Terrible. Wait time way too long was literally the only person in there. I Could hear all the doctors and nurses joking around talking about other patients, very unprofessional.

I agree with comments about front desk/receptionists. The operation as a whole, trying calling and you don’t get through easily like other places, like Harvard Vanguard.

yes i went to urgent care to be check out on friday moring nurse waited on me check my vitals nurse said dr would be in I waited 1 hour half for dr to come in i went to nurse station they said he busy talking on the phone this place has worst customer servive in this office i will not come back to this place they just dont care about there patients

Can not get appointments with primary care physician unless it's physical or new medication. They send you to walk in clinic. Understaffed when on hold for a referral for an hour and twenty minutes.
