WENT TO SEE THIS MD, AFTER MY PROCEDURE WAS DONE I STILL HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WAS WRONG. WHEN I WOKE UP HE WAS GONE AND THE NURSE WAS THERE. WAS SENT HOME WITHOUT ANY DISCHARGE INSTRUCTION AND WHEN CALLED TO ASK QUESTIONS HE WAS " TOO BUSY" THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

Dr. Cohen is incredibly unreliable and unprofessional, as well as being extremely difficult to get a hold of. When I had a colonoscopy done with him over a year ago after two consultations , he didn’t even remember meeting me and reintroduced himself. That doesn’t exactly instill confidence when you’re having an invasive procedure done. When I woke up, he told me that the colonoscopy couldn’t fully be done due to twists in my colon and that the solution was to eat smaller portions and take Miralax. He told me this after having been out of work for over a month due to severe pain and nausea. This is not a solution, but a bandaid and I’m still dealing with these issues a year later. I have a family history of colon cancer and Crohn’s and these detailed were communicated.Switch to today and I’m trying to have my records of this procedure sent to my PCP. It’s been a month trying to have these documents sent & I’ve been lied to twice now, having Dr. Cohen say that the records were sent when really the records were never sent after failure for the fax to go through. I wasn’t told this until I called and spoke with one of his receptionists. I highly recommend finding another professional as this is the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor.
