I normally don't do reviews but just had to rave about my experience. I had very droopy eyelids which was affecting my eyesight. I put off the surgery because I was nervous but finally went ahead. The staff prepared me well for what to expect and they were right on. I was miserable the night after the surgery but improvement began the next day. It's been a little over a month since surgery and it's wonderful being able to see twice as much! I only wonder why I waited so long to have this done.

Dr Mandeville’s expertise and professionalism are both remarkable. He performed upper eyelid surgery on me and i am thrilled with the results. His staff is wonderful as well. I give Dr Mandeville my highest recommendation.

Dr Mandeville performed my upper eyelid surgery to reduce wrinkles. I loved him from the first appt. His expertise and kindness are remarkable. My eyelids were so heavy it interred with my vision. Not only can I now see without raising my eyebrows, I look younger! Dr. Mandeville is not only highly skilled and professional, but kind and patient. He really sets you at ease and answers all your questions. I had no pain and minimal swelling and bruising. Excellent! I had very heavy eyelids, so heavy that it interfered with my vision and my insurance covered most of it. Dr. Mandeville performed eyelid surgery. Very professional, highly skilled and very kind .. he really sets you at ease (and I was nervous!) No pain, minimal swelling and bruising!

I went to see this dr lots of times for an eye infection which he could not help me with. The infection kept coming back and he didn’t know why . then he said to me that I was weird because the infection kept coming back. Then he referred me to someone else which when I read the reviews appears to be worse than him. At one point I asked him the second time for the dr name which he gave me earlier But I had misplaced and his response was don’t lose again I’m not your mother you keep track of your own things..

Dr. Mandeville and his staff have an amazing practice. They were efficient, informative, helpful, pleasant, and obviously good at whet they do. Dr. Mandeville and his staff immediately put me at ease. The procedure was quick and painless. He took the time to explain all facets of my visit. I told him and his staff that it was the best visit for medical care that I have had in recent memory. I could not recommend him more highly. He’s a fantastic doctor.

He literally does a 5 minutes eye exam rushing through it and avoids all your concerns, I'm losing vision rapidly in one eye and dealing with lid issues and every single time he skimmed over whatever I would say expressing my issue and laugh it off.. I'm not sure if it is because I'm young that he doesn't take me serious but I feel like doctors like this are horrific... he can't be bothered with anything.. took me SEVERAL visits refusing to give up on myself for him to admit I have a lid issue affecting my vision, only for him to respond with.. I guess we can do some tests but to be honest I'm not going to do anything about it.. He basically told me my eye has to be practically shut for them to fix it.. my eye is 50% smaller than the other as well as the vision being 50% compared to my other eye but the way he put it, it has to be 90% shut basically for them to even bother to care.. it's horrible.. as I said I'm young and my vision should not this bad and it started from my mid twenties to now approaching my 30s.. he just keeps telling me nothing is wrong with my eye.. it's completely frustrating when you are losing vision in your eye and they want that to happen, they want you to continue to worsen instead of helping you now.. left his office in tears, the good reviews are absolutely fake I promise you that.
