Terrible customer service, it’s almost like the employees don’t know what they are doing. I have visited this office a few times in order to complete my husbands immigration medical records and they over charged, didn’t even do one single medical test on him. They sent us on a goose chase and at the end charged us over $500 just to have the doctors name on the medical records. This morning we walked in the office and the door was wide open, and there was no one at the front desk to assist us for about 20 minutes. Also, his receptionists do not give clear information or correct information for that matter.

Called office upfront to pick up my papers and to clarify opening hours. When I came, the door was closed and nobody was answering questions phone. I’m not sure what went wrong. Don’t they know their own opening hours? Horrible service. And way to expensive

This is my mother's name. She does not see Dr. Bhatti, I do. Dr. Bhatti is a great pulmonologist. He is really nice. Really cares about you and is very thorough. I told him that I do photography for fun and he said he wants to see some the next time he see's me. What a great guy. The staff are very friendly. I have no complaints.

i just walked in,really neat and quiet place,staff very polite and friendly.The doctor was great,affordable prices without insurance. Totally recommend !

Dr Bhatti is very friendly and spends a good amount of time with you but for me he would forget details of my case from appt to appt, and asks the same questions that I had already answered but also giving inconsistent direction each appt. too. Says he is prescribing something but never follows through. I've seen him 4 times over 6 months and, after receiving no treatment for my illness or symptoms, I am no better off than 6 months ago. Nice guy but not a good doctor.
