The worst doctor ever. He was thinking i was lying about my cough. Treats patients very disrespectful and unkind. Told me just take some muccinex you’ll get better.

I had one conversation with this man over the phone. We had a courteous exchange until l asked him if he could take me on as a new patient. He hesitated, then asked me - in a manner that presumed me irresponsible and might be appropriate if he was speaking to his twelve year old child - if l was going to be a good patient. I, also, hesitated in my response, waiting for him to chuckle at his ‘pleasant humor’. My mistake. He was serious.I was taken aback as l have never before been asked that question under similar circumstances. I mumbled something forgettable in return and then cordially ended the conversation. Perhaps l am overly sensitive. Perhaps this man is arrogant and condescending. I’m a 63 year old man who has had a difficult life, as have we all to varying degrees. I do not do well with people who patronize me. I chose not to request this man as my primary.

I have been using Dr shiner for over a year and he's the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure to be treated by.

Dr. Shiner is the best physician I've had the pleasure of having treat me and my family. He is kind, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, open minded, determined, dedicated and trustworthy! I know that my care is in excellent hands and I have complete faith in Dr. Shiner. AAA+.

Very poor experience with Dr Shiner. He did not listen to my concerns and acted totally indifferent and very unprofessional.

Worst Dr. to ever see. Barely actually accesses the situation. Half way finishes his job and then doesn't even call back when he screws up!! I wouldn't see him again even if he was the only doctor on my premium! Love the medical center he just happens to be the worst thing about that. With being the head doctor makes my decision to leave that much easier. Will never go with any doctor that's apart of his team ever again

His staff is atrocious, and treated me like a piece of you know what. I complained to him for six months about blood in my urine- he told me to lose weight. Ended up being taken by ambulance to the hospital and stayed there for two weeks- I almost lost my life. I had two kidney stones, uti, and bladder infection

He looked at plantars wart on heel and froze it. Saw him 6 mo. later for blood in my stool and bumps on rectal area. He told me it was hemeroids and advised Prep H. Lost coverage. Got it back 1 yr. later & saw him again for bumb on penile area. Told me it was a virus that would clear up and go buy some genital wart remover. No prescrip needed. Pharmacy said this was untrue. Need prescrip. Got new prim care physician who told me I have HPV. Rather serious. Precautions needed. Rectal bumps were actually anal warts caused by HPV. Risk of cancer if left untreated. The lack of proper diagnosis, care, information and education I recieved from this man is inexcusable, intolerable and put my health, and that of those around me, at risk. I agree, not only, is he arrogant, pompous, dismissive and uncaring but he is, above all, a dangerous person who should have his license revoked. I'm angry, hurt and depressed I was led to believe this wasn't a serious thing. It could cost me my life someday:(

Arrogant...dismissive and miserable. Actually tried speaking personally with him and he responded beyond rudely. I feel he thinks he's above others even though he's about 4 feet tall. Ill never go back to this pompous guy again!!
