List of Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care- South Main Street's Reviews
I was hopeful that things at this practice would improve once Dr. Kleiman retired about 15 years too late. To an extent, Dr. Greenstein has helped, but the support staff and processes already in place severely limit her impact. Last time I went in for a visit the nurse practicioner filling in had the wrong persons chart, didn’t know who I was, and I had to coach her through my appointment. I was still charged in full, of course. Continue to get double billed for appointments and the front desks only response is to call the billing department who may or may not even exist as they have not returned 15 voicemails. You’d have thought Beth Israel would have learned from their 2008 health care fraud lawsuit, but they haven’t.
Quite literally the most negligent care imaginable. I’d trust a fake doctor out of the back of a van before these morons.
Everyone is friendly, but the reality is I haven’t received my meds in 4 months and no one in the office is able to provide an ounce of help.
I missed my first appointment for an unexpected situation and I called to reschedule and the lady told me that no Dr. wants to see me in the Randolph unit that I should find another unit. This is for sure no medically ethical and Dr's that have this kind of rules should not be allowed to even touch a patient. Medical practitioners should be companionate.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
