List of Joseph A. Hill Iii's Reviews
0 bedside manner and even more rude. Wouldn’t even accept us because we weren’t his “ideal” weight. Save your money and go find a doctor that treats you like a human and not a paycheck.
After an “unexplained infertility” diagnosis and feeling like we weren’t seen as people (especially not people going through the difficulties of infertility) we finally decided to stop going to FCNE and opted for a reproductive endocrinologist who found a hormone secreting tumor to be the cause of our infertility. The hormone it was secreting would have potentially caused difficulty with implantation if we had gone through the IVF Dr Hill insisted was our best course. Very disappointed in the time, energy, and money we wasted at FCNE. I suggest finding a real doctor who will actually work with you to diagnose the cause of your infertility and will work with you as a team in diagnosing and treating your infertility. If you are looking for a baby factory that will push IVF, go right ahead and schedule an appointment.
In our initial consult, Dr Hill was very helpful and put my husband and I at ease and reassuring us that we would have a baby. We talked about how we wanted to go through testing and then try a "least invasive" (IUI, fertility meds, etc) to "most invasive" (IVF) approach depending on what testing told us and he seemed to agree this was a good idea. We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility and then, when I reminded him of our plan (that if nothing was wrong we would try least-to-most treatment), Dr Hill decided to bully me and make me feel awful about not wanting to rush into IVF. He even told me I could "knock myself out and keep trying" but that I "should have started trying when I was 29". He also did not explain any of our test results to us, even though they only go over them in person and I took a day off of work and drove to the NH location to get the results. How awful to make someone who is already suffering feel like it is their own fault that they don't have a baby. If you can stomach this kind of bedside manner, go for it, but honestly I will never go back.
I have never written reviews before but my experiences with this “clinic” and “Dr. “ are off the charts as far as any medical experience should ever be. Let me say Dr. Joseph Hill is one of the most arrogant , unprofessional, rude “Drs” I have met. His entire practice is the McDonald’s of fertility centers. He charges double what other fantastic clinics do and for nothing. I was told I was fat by him ( not a twig but not fat) I was told I was too old for this - hmmmm I was the same weight and age during my initial consult - it was only after my failed cycle was it my fat, old fault it didn’t work. He should not be working with people in any capacity - especially fertility such a fragile time in someone’s life. His behavior and his conduct with patients is unethical at best - look up Dr. Hardy from his practice he no longer works there - you will be suprised when you read why - that’s the gross kind of place that is. Please know I am trying to save you from an emotional and financial tragedy- and as for you “Dr “ Hill quit your job your not qualified
Poor quality of care. Dismissive of patient’s concerns, treats you like a walking statistic
Terrible terrible doctor. The only people have something good to say are people who LUCKED into a pregnancy this doctor will nothing to help you and basically sabotage your chances of conceiving unless you undergo IVF because cdc score is all he cares about and I pray for anyone who makes that colossal mistake.
Shocked reading these reviews. We've only had the initial consult, but I liked Dr. Hill instantly. He is direct, informative, and thorough. I could see how some would be put off by him, but after 2 years trying to conceive, one year with the 'help' of another clinic, and a heartbreaking miscarriage along the way, I was ready for his efficient approach. I want to work with someone as results driven as I am. My husband and I left with a whole lot of hope. I can't wait to get started. I'll update my review to show where I stand later in the process. :)
Dr. Hill and his staff are amazing. Still going through the process of ivf but almost there! Couldn't ask for a better more knowledgable doctor
My husband and I started seeing Dr. Hill September 2014. It is now April 2015 and we have not been offered any treatment. Every appointment we are told to come back in a month or 3 months and then we go back just to be told to come back again. My Gyn has actually been the one to try some treatment for us. We have poured so much time, money and hope into FCNE and have had nothing but disappointment.
Terrible experience! The only thing they care - is money! They will do everything to get money out of you, and then treat you as if you came for charity. He never answers questions fully, so that ordinary people understand what is going on. Maybe he thinks that everyone is born with certain amount of knowledge about medicine & related stuff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
