Lina Feldman's Online Review Report Card

I find Dr. Feldman is rude and highly unprofessional. I went in for a blood pressure recheck. It was slightly elevated last appointment. I saw something that bothered me on my way to the office. My blood pressure was high, again. By the time Dr. Feldman came in, I could feel my heart rate slowing down. I asked to be rechecked because I could probably pass. Dr. asked what upset me? I told her my Political opinion about what I saw to upset me. Instead of shaking her head or a hmm, she started to argue with me! I couldn't believe she asked me about HOW the people in Ukraine are dying. I didn't know I was at a political debate?? By the time I left the doctor's office, my heart was beating faster and harder than before the appointment. I will be looking for a new office. I like her nurse practitioner, but I want a doctor who's not going to start an argument over my simple opinion.

I went in for a blood pressure check, it was slightly elevated. The Dr Feldman comes in and asks about my number. I told her I saw a trunk covered with Trump stickers. De Feldman asked me why. I said he was stupid (my opinion) instead of being professional, she started to argue with me! She told me he wasn't stupid, asked me about President Biden?! Asked me about the people dying in the Ukraine! She caused my blood pressure to sky rocket, my heart was pounding faster than when I first went to the office! Dr Field should have nodded her head and went on with the examination, not start an argument with a patient getting their blood pressure checked. I never really liked this doctor before, now I will never go to her again.

Dr. Feldman's staff is extremely rude, especially her receptionists. There is never any follow up on any medical tests that are done. None of my medical concerns have ever been answered and have been in fact laughed at in the past. Her office puts in little to no effort on prescriptions that need approval to be refilled. Did I mention that the office staff was AWFUL? She is helpful in the moment but I leave generally more confused than when I got there and getting her to remember a previous appointment's ailment is impossible. The final straw for me was when i was running 15 minutes behind for a physical due to traffic (there was an accident on the highway and it was raining - of course). The office staff fought with me about how I was going to be charged as a sick appointment which would be significantly more. This was after me asking how far behind she was running and I was told 30 minutes, so technically I still would have been there 15 minutes before she would have been able to see me. After having a screaming match with the front desk staff I waited to talk to Dr. Feldman. I was brought into the exam room and waited about 20 more minutes. Someone finally poked their head in an told me that Dr. Feldman was in a medical emergency (they happen) and it would be at least another 30 minutes. My blood was BOILING after the fit her staff just through about how inconsiderate I was showing up late for an appointment. It was about an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment that I was finally seen and i was told "you need to be nicer to my staff." That was the moment I decided that this was no longer the practice for me. To boot she recommended a neurologist for my migraines who put me on a medication that had a severe interaction with another medication I was on and NEITHER doctor bothered to pay attention. After doing my own research I contacted her staff regarding it and received no call back to discuss coming off the medication and how to properly do so as its not recommended to just stop. WebMD ended up being the best advice in this situation which is terrifying. Do yourself a favor and get out of here if you can and find another doctor in Hallmark Health's extensive network.

This is one of the most miserable doctors you will ever encounter. Very cold and hard to talk to.

Everytime I go there she’s seems miserable. One day I called and asked for an ekg they asked why and I told them cause I’m going to a methadone clinic (which saved my life by the way ) and their attitude and tone of voice changed like I was disgusting and basically told me “yeah well that’s up to the doctor “ and basically hung up on me . I’ve been going here for years and she never seems to listen to my problems also . I’ll be go to a better doctor with a more respectful staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Feldman for many years. Dr Feldman is not a warm fuzzy person but she is an excellent doctor!! She takes her time to listen to you and makes sure she gives you 100% of her time and to give you a diagnosis. I have never left that office questioning her ability. The whole entire staff is wonderful and helpful too!!

Pros: easy appointments , if you're sick count on being seen that day. Nice front desk staff, wait time not long Cons: Doctor Feldman is very hard to talk to, she never smiles, has the personality of a rock and I get the feeling she'd rather be anywhere but the office taking patients. I will be changing doctors , I don't feel comfortable with her.

Dr. Feldman is a very miserable doctor who never smiles. In the 5+ years I've been going to her she has never smiled, or made me feel comfortable or welcome. She is not a people person at all. I will be finding a new doctor soon that I feel comfortable speaking to. Everyone should have a doctor they feel comfortable with. I do hope she can gain some people skills soon, as a doctor that's important because you want your patients to feel comfortable speaking to you about anything!

Dr. Feldman is always miserable and distant. Never smiles and I never felt comfortable talking to her which is why I will be changing doctors.

I found Dr. Feldman to be a bit distant. Her staff is pleasant and cheerful, but she herself is rather abrupt. Regardless, I would have stayed with her office because I felt I had been thoroughly poked, prodded and stuck and that they had a complete handle on my health, but her office TERMINATED my affiliation with her. I missed a few appointments. I think it was three. They were not in succession but over a period of time. I'm not sure what the criteria is, but I was informed by letter that she would no longer be my PCP. WHAT?? Running a medical practice where the business needs of the practice are more important than the patient doesn't seem right. A warning would have been nice...or a fine for missed appointments. Both options would have been distasteful, but I would still have a PCP to turn to. I felt that "I" did not matter, only the business end of my appointments did. It's very upsetting to be without a doctor. To make matters worse, I no longer have prescription refills!! Finding another PCP is easy if you don't really care who you see. You can point and click on anyone in the network. If it matters to you, it takes time to learn about a possible new doctor and his/her practice. You also have to do a lot of searching to find the right doctor/practice/hospital/specialist etc. combinations. During this period of searching, I was left without any prescription refills. No matter how many times my pharmacy contacted Dr. Feldman's office, my prescriptions were not filled. So...I ask you, what part of dropping a patient and leaving them without medication is considered being a good doctor?
