Dr. Douglas does not care about her patients. She does not want to help or get to the root of your problem. She is going through the motions as a provider and will not provide options or additional resources if needed. Her bedside manner needs improvement. Proceed with extreme caution.

This office is a factory! It pushes patients in and out quickly; it is all about the money and care comes second. There is a multilayered screening process that rarely let you speak to your doctor over the phone, you have to go in and pay. When you go in, you get 15 mins with the doctor or PA max. It is all about patient turnover, and bringing in the money. I have had better care at a walk-in.

I’ve known dr. Douglas for many years as my own primary care physician and as a pediatric doctor. She’s is amazing!!!!!! Highly recommend, that’s all I have to say. PS ALL staff are extremely nice and helpful. The best doctors office I’ve ever been to.

Patient for several years. She's usually not punctual, and not a good listener.Pay attention to detail Please.... and listen to your patients. I went somewhere else and my medical need was taken care of. Will never return.
