I had a 145 appointment by 300 had not been seen. This office seem like it was about the money,to many patients for one Dr. I just left .

Reception was not friendly. Waiting about 45 minutes and when I said I wanted to leave they said they could see me. Saw the assistant and then waited another 20 minutes to see the doctor. Rooms were not clean. was seen in a room WITH ANOTHER PATIENT in it. They use a napkin and hand sanitizer to clean the equipment between each use. Very unprofessional do not come to this office.

Exceptional knowledge and first rate service. Dr. Charles is personable and thoughtful. He helped me tremendously and his bed side manner is one of the best that I have ever experienced. So glad that he is here for us!
