This place is absolutely horrible and doesn't care for there patients. Came here twice and they dismissed me. One for a severe kidney infection and they told me nothing was wrong went to another walk in somewhere else and they diagnosed me would not recommend coming here definitely not taking my kids here

On Friday the 20th, I went here because I tested positive for covid, and I was I was feeling like I had it for a few days before I tested positive and I felt awful when I went here because I was hoping to get on paxlovid but they told me I'm not in the age range or cause I don't really have any health problems. But I found out recently I have asthma and I just saw online people who have asthma should take it so I don't understand why I didn't get it. And the nurse I had was really rude she was giving me an attitude and not letting me really talk, and she slammed the door after she was done with everything
I've gone here 3 or 4 times for minor things. The staff is friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Most recent visit was 20 minutes from entry to exit.
I had an excellent experience today. I have been feeling poorly with abdominal pain, etc. I went to the ER had a catscan and blood work. My blood pressure was super high. I was told there was no reason for my pain. I felt dismissed and unheard. Well, I figure there HAS to be some sort of explanation. I am not making it up. And I was unheard for 30 years with tick illnesses, so I push until someone listens now. The Dr and nurse here patiently explained the catscan and blood work to me in a common sense way. I was given common sense suggestions on how to remediate my pain, which is probably from constipation, nothing exotic, or life-threatening, but very painful nevertheless. I felt heard and I am hopeful I will be feeling better soon!
Been there twice this week for myself and then son. If you want a true diagnosis though and not just a guess, go somewhere else that will actually run labs, or swabs for flu etc. They also misdiagnosed my mother recently with bronchitis when it was the flu, even after hearing about GI upset fever and chills they still claimed bronchitis and ran no influenza test which they easily can, then sent her home with a work note that says “unspecified illness”. A lot of guesses flying around. Also rooms are dirty. Floor covered in dirt and other peoples hair, some trash. Splatter of some kind on the walls. The new bedsheet was stained and seemed gross. Next time I will go to the walk in clinics that I know will take the time to run a test. I’m tired of these doctors guessing. Doesn’t anyone test anymore? Also I called them inquiring about my prescription they gave me and nobody has returned my call. The doctor I saw for an infection kept running out of the room so fast he almost forgot my tetanus shot, and was about to give me antibiotics I kept saying I’m allergic too. Subpar like all cape cod health care.
Brought my son in after being up for 2 solid nights with a terrible cough. Kara Huston was the absolute worst “doctor” I have ever experienced in my life. Scrolled the web and Tik Tok to look for a croup sound video to play for me to see if I could identify the sound, told me to ask a pharmacy what to give to him to help with the cough and asked what I hoped to accomplish before she even examined him. I have never experienced more horrific care and will absolutely never ever return to this urgent care. Awful and embarrassing.
This is the only urgent care I will go to. They are always so nice and caring here and you’re in and out. Fast and efficient.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and the care I received at this medical facility. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and had me processed and seeing a doctor within 15 minutes. I was sick with food poisoning and really in a lot of pain. The medical professionals listened to what I had to say and took the appropriate action. A BIG THANKS!
