I have been seeing Dr. Bishai for less than a year after moving my medical care from the Boston area to the Cape. I've been impressed with her kind manner and her thorough approach to health. I have found everyone in the practice to be patient, respectful and friendly. I'm very glad I finally changed providers.

She is rude, never listens, she interrupts, interjects her comments before one can answer, she can never find your records in your chart, ignores patients symptoms or complaint. If you like being ignored, like to be treated rudely, by all means see her, Susan and nurse staff are great! Find a new Dr. And QUICK!

Dr Bishai is very pleasant and listens well. She is very thorough in following your health visits and makes good eye contact seeing you as a person and not only her patient. I have been a patient over 14 years

She is awful. I would go into her office, go over everything with her nurse (I should mention that both nurses I met were absolutely wonderful) and she would come in, barely say hello and ask me a question, and proceed to talk over me while I'm trying to answer her question and talk to the nurse and point to computer. She never listened to me and when I expressed concern, she brushed me off. She was short, rude, cold, has zero bedside manner and when I left, I felt worse than when I got there

Horrible! It was a waste of time. We waited for over an hour. Then she kept leaving the room. It was obvious that all she cared about was the paperwork. She did nothing to diagnose or treat the condition. I have now spent the whole summer in pain and trying to find a new doctor. A waste of time and money. And bad for my health as my condition is now chronic.
