My wife is getting billed for the incorrect location as this company's billing department is incompetent. Insurance isn't covered at the location they put on the bill, even though it is at the location she went to. This has dragged on for over a year and a half with our insurance company getting involved with them directly due to their screw up. The messed up part is that AFC is still sending my wife bills, even though they owe her money back at this time! Doctors are fine, I've gone there a few times, but their billing department makes me avoid this place at all costs, and there are a few alternatives in the area nowadays.

I came in tonight because I had an accident at work at cut my hand with a box cutter. I was put in a room almost immediately because my thumb was still bleeding. Everybody from the front desk, nurse and the doctor that treated me and did my stitches was so wonderful.

What an amazing experience I had at AFC Urgent Care! After pre-registering and reserving my time, I only had to wait ~10 minutes compared to another local urgent care where I had to wait an hour to be seen. Ashley, the provider was so sympathetic to my symptoms, and was very surprised to hear I was not started on the course that she ended up prescribing to me when I shared I was seen a day before by another urgent care for the same symptoms. She examined me throughly, explained what was going on, prescribed the course of treatment, and even said to call back if there were any issues. I will certainly make AFC my new go-to for any urgent care needs. Thank you so much AFC - I am feeling better already!

Secretaries started arguing while I was trying to pay. When I asked the doctor for an antibiotic for bronchitis they told me I had, they refused. Days later I’m still sick. I called and asked for an antibiotic again and they said I needed to be reevaluated. Called My Primary Care Physician and they said they would NEVER recommend this place
