I've been a patient for several years. They've seen me safely and successfully through two life-threatening illnesses, not to mention ordinary care. Outstanding medical practice. Always available when needed. Same day appointments. Cordial and very competent staff. Feel very fortunate, along with my family, to be patients of this practice.

Terrible practice, unprofessional staff continually making mistakes. Went to Quest Diagnosis 3 times in 3 weeks before office corrected code. Cancelling appointments and rescheduling without letting me know. I received a call from the office about the appointment that was cancelled by staff. The woman acknowledge the mistake The woman told me to come anyway. I explained I had made plans after I received the cancellation. Staff still pressured me telling me that "We have to get our practice running". I told the staff member I had to check my schedule. She called me a jerk as she was hanging up. I called back to tell Doctor Samuelson. The Staff told him I was harassing them, he came on the phone telling me not to harass the Staff. Staff runs the roost

This man violated his ethical obligation as a mandated to reported child abuse when questioned the alleged perpetrator of "inappropriate touching ". He failed to do a physical exam of a 4yo child and failed to file a report to DCF. When DCF questioned his records, he lied and refuted his own medical records to protect himself. He further violated HIPPA discusssing my medical care with a man who had retaining order. I would NOT trust this physician who took an oath to first "do no harm". He should have his license revoked.

Brought in my 6 month-old. She had a double ear infection. Dr. Prescribed antibiotics and they worked great.
