Always on time. Very accommodating and great results for laser hair removal. After only 4 treatments I’ve seen an 80% reduction No more razor burn

I hate this place with a burning passion I have paid over $2000 for two treatment areas and I regret going with ideal image. Shrewsbury location is slightly better than Braintreethey are so unprofessional. I paid for treatment for one area but they put me down for a completely different area. Each time I go there they tell me I’m scheduled for the wrong area and I have to correct them. EACH AND EVERY TIME I have requested they update my file to the correct treatment area and they seem to pretend to do so but don’t. Up till today it still not updated and i sound like a broken record at this point. One time the front desk person at Braintree said to me as I reminded him they have my treatment area wrong and his response was “oh yeah you are the one with the messed up file”. LIKE WHAT??? Also I had 3 or 4 treatment left and due to covid I couldn’t go back I called them this year in the summer to schedule an appointment and they told me my sessions have expired. I had no idea it could expired. No one told me this. I would think if I paid $1200 for 9 Laser hair removal treatment sessions I would get 9 treatment sessions. But nope. I guess it’s my lose. I have to pay $20 for a touch up now. Please save yourselves from getting trapped into a contract with this company it’s not worth your sanity. I dread going there but have to since I already paid so much money for a life time touch up contract.

The girls are all amazing.. professional knowledgeable gentle and accommodating Ive had so many different services here and the lifetime membership. As a physician myself its worth it for me to be in their trusting hands.

Leslie and Kelsey at the front desk were amazing Such positive and friendly vibes. Thank you ladies for the warm welcome Also Allison who completed my treatment did awesome I can’t wait to continue laser hair removal treatment with the ladies at Ideal Image Shrewsbury.

I absolutely Ideal Image in Shrewsbury The center is kept very clean and inviting. The staff is remarkably knowledgeable. Also Leslie is a pleasure to work with. She always has a smile on her face and offers exceptional customer service. I would highly recommended Ideal Image of Shrewsbury.
