Lack basic respect for patients. He had me undress my 6 months old and then left in the middle to answer a phone call for more than half an hour. Did not have any interaction with kids during the visit!

I love the office and nurses! Dr. Howard takes the time to listen and answer all questions. He tends to be more laid back.

Dr. Howard was my pick after having my newborn. We saw him often due to jaundice and severe cradle cap. Others overlooked that she was still jaundice, where he did not and others recommended Head and Shoulders to treat her cradle cap (of which horrified me), where he did not! He was patient and supportive as to how I wanted to care for my newborn (react to her cries, continue to nurse instead of formula with monitoring , and mineral oil and light gentle brushing for her cradle cap. All of which worked, well.) He gave me time as a new mother and was patient, answering all of my questions and never making me feel crazy or to ignore my instincts.
