Horrible customer service, they hide information about your insurance or lack of knowledge, not sure what’s going on with rude receptionist in pediatrics , would expect better from Shrewsbury, they need to requalify staff, looking for new location, doctors don’t even stay here, don’t waste your time like they do to yours.

I called ahead to set up a TB test, required before starting a job, spoke with a staff member, set it all up, including a time to return and have test read, when I get there, all the information she gave me I am told is wrong. Had arranged time off work to get this done, all wrong and useless because this staff member was misinformed and spreading that misinformation. The staff there, rude, rude, rude. From the front desk staff to the nurse. Rude and nasty. Highly recommended using a different facility if you can!!!!!!

I thank them highly for helping me out with my work injury. Also they work with either drug store. (Walgreens or CVS) I tell my co-workers that's the place for any injury. But rather prevent any.
