List of Reliant Medical Group's Reviews
I am 25 years old and have psoriatic arthritis since the age of 16. The experience I had with Dr Anderson was not the type of experience you want to have with your doctor. Last summer, I had a physical which he cancelled on the day of. No contact or communication was ever coordinated with me. Fast forward to now, he has apparently moved to a different location and I was never informed. I had a rheum appointment today, but because there was absolutely no communication about his move, I do not have a primary care physician to give them a referral. As a matter of fact, they said they had absolutely no record of me.So now, I am frantically trying to get a new PCP while my arthritis medication continues to run out. It has become abundantly clear to me that these individuals do not care about your health, safety, or well-being.Take my advice and try another route instead Reliant.
The new building in Shrewsbury is well laid out and there is plenty of parking, and you can get Lab work there
The staff really nice. They are busy but they profess.
Bad service staying more than half hour to get ana point meant in the phone ending by hang up the phone and we I did second call keep transferring the call to couple department people don’t know how to get patients in
VERY DISORDERLY PLACE, AND OPERATOR WAS MISCHIEVOUS. I am a long time patient at Reliant Westborough. I was happy when they opened this new center in Shrewsbury (closer to where I live) so I booked my next physical here more than six months in advance. One week before my appointment I was told that my appointment has to be cancelled since particular Dr. works only Mon and Fri and doesn't have any opening till April. Operator offered to book me with a Nurse Practitioner on a different date. I was disappointed but knowing that I can't go back to Westborough since my PCP was already changed to this location I accepted the offer. Just two days before my rescheduled appointment, I received another call to reschedule again since nurse practitioner wouldn't be available that day, the operator on the phone offered to book with another nurse practitioner on a different date. I told her that my appointment has already been rescheduled twice, can she make sure it doesn't happen third time. Judging frustration in my voice she said, "You know what I just found an opening in Dr's schedule and I can book you with her". I asked her are you sure since that Dr. works two days only. She said "Yes, don't worry you will be seen by Dr. this time", so I rescheduled again. When I showed up on my scheduled time the receptionist couldn't find any record of my appointment. She said there is no way Dr. could see me before April and she was not sure why I was given that time and day since there was nothing in their system. I asked her if she has any record of my conversation with their operator, she found a note stating that I was offered to reschedule my appointment but time didn't suite me so I told them that I will call back with my preferred time. I was quite surprised. What I guessed the operator didn't liked frustration in my voice and misled me in believing that she is booking me with the Dr., she also put a false note in the system. Quite shocked with her mischievous and dishonest behavior. Receptionist offered to book with a nurse practitioner again but on a different day. I booked again, however that visit was wasted. I should have noted down operator's name. I hope Reliant Management find voice record of my call and take actions against her unprofessional behavior. I am certainly not going back to Reliant after my physical is done.
Terrible management they let you wait 2 to 3 hours for a 15 min appointment .doctor forced unwanted tests and follow ups. They don't even ask before they cancel and reschedule. No respect for there patients they want your money don't care about your well being.
Absolutely great experience! Dr. Holla was incredibly kind and the staff and workers were very gracious.
I've been bringing my son here for his pediatrician appts. The front desk and medical staff are pleasant, prompt, and helpful. We always feel like we're given the chance to ask all our questions and get them fully answered (much appreciated as a FTM). They also offer a physical handout summarizing the appointment at the end.
Dangerously disorganized. If you rely on them for life saving medication, BEWARE! Staff is friendly and as helpful as they can be, but you might literally die waiting for them to return your call or get around to calling in a prescription. They act like they don't know, but if you quit blood pressure meds cold turkey, you will have a stroke and die. That's how I lost my grandfather.
The level of disorganization is so unbelievable. Wasted months waiting for a doctor that didn't event work there. I would hope that NO ONE would put their health in their hands because patient care is definitely not at the forefront of their remit. I would have given less than a star were I able.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
