If I had reviewed 5 months ago I would have given 4-5 stars but I am so disappointed and bothered by the inaction and lack of communication from this company. The 2 stars is for the nice location and clean office, very new. I reached out a couple weeks ago to my primary care who I’ve been seeing since February, to make an appointment for an ongoing medical issue. I got a response from the office saying my doctor no longer works there and they have another if I’m okay with a male doctor. My issue is, why was there no communication from the office that my primary care was no longer there until I reached out? That is a failure of organization and communication. They should have reached out to every single patient of hers and told us so we can make arrangements. I responded and said I was not comfortable with a male doctor and there has been no follow up. I also complained to the main customer service with no follow up. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I have ongoing medical issues that need monitoring and now I have to start over with a new affiliation.

My provider left and the didn’t tell me. I called to reschedule my appointment and they said it was already cancelled without telling me

The staff is very friendly & resourceful. Dr Breda was very thorough & explained injuries and offered specialist names to make appointments for my medical issues I have and have had.

I am very satisfied with this doctors office. They are organized and actually care about their patients. They ask every question to ensure they aren't missing anything. The office is very clean and organized. The assistants, receptionists, and doctors are serious about medical treatments, care about what a patient needs, and are kind. It is right inside the same building as Walgreens and has parking. I'm grateful I chose my PCP here. Best decision I made. It's so quiet and clean here. They actually show compassion and get the correct help rather than trying to make a quick buck on referrals and unneeded services.

Gave it two stars and this is why. They may seem kind but they don’t actually care about patients at all. If your seeking help for any mental health related issues AVOID this place at all cost, they have no resources available to help you. If seeking a primary make sure you AVOID Dr. Palomba, she is just going to judge you and think your making up a mental illness. Overall very sad on the lack of help and care for mental health at this location. If you are seeking help for mental help do not come here as a starting point. Which I know is confusing where else should you start if you need help then with your primary care? Atleast the place was clean and looked new.
