First impression of laser treatment was pretty smooth. People were helpful and Carrie was very attentive. Scheduling was a bit difficult, but the rest went very well, no complaints. I hope it will stay the same throughout all the sessions.

This was my first laser hair removal and it was great! I went to the Somerville location and Brittney worked on me. She was amazing! She explained how the laser would work and eased any anxiety around getting it done. I got my armpits and Brazilian done and I'm looking forward to my future appointments. I am getting summer ready!

I had my first laser hair removal treatment this week at LaserAway in Assembly and it was a great experience! They eased my concerns beforehand explaining how shaving before coming is important because the laser traveling down the hair shaft is what would make the procedure hurt. I really felt close to nothing the entire time. Can't wait for my next treatment!
