They ended up starting out ok, but when it came time to drill out cavities and fill with composite resin, they couldn't finish the procedure due to their inability to numb adequately. The parts of my teeth they did drill out were left open without composite resin. They totally let me leave with out professionally finish the little work they did do. The dentist that dealt with me wasn't very good. Seemed like they are used to simple procedures and quantity vs quality. I will not go back and I wouldn't recomend this practice to anyone.

I had my filling come out (done at a different provider) and they quickly took me in and placed a filling. All within an hour! Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. Shah were all kind, helpful, and took care of me!

I had similar experiences to all the other 1-star reviewers. I always showed up 15-minutes early to appointments, yet on every occasion, I had to wait 45-minutes after my appointment start time to be seen. The last time I went, I actually had to leave and not get a cleaning because I was waiting for over an hour and didn't have more time to wait. I get the sense they overbook and hope people won't notice. Because of this, my appointments always felt rushed and were no longer than 15-20 minutes, and I never felt like I got a thorough cleaning or that the doctor looked closely at the photos taken of my teeth. The dentist I had worked really quickly and wasn't careful around sensitive areas like my gums and when I signaled that I was experiencing discomfort, he blamed it on the dental assistant who was just holding the suction device. I recently switched to another dentist and discovered that I actually have multiple cavities that need to be filled and am relieved to be at a practice that seems to be very meticulous. ** MyDental commented questioning if I was a patient. I was. I don't have the wrong place. My review is fair and I could have said more. I hope you all will strive to do better.

My name is Danny I live in Somerville but if I lived further away I would still use Mr dental on broadway Somerville they take there time are friendly and care for there patients and I have never went to a dentist that does everything that is needed and do a great job I can finally smile and not have to put my hand over mouth if laughing so hard the dentist are great esp dr Shaw she is great and does a great job I don’t work for them this is a real review they are great from the office manager to every one that works there I love that they don’t laugh behind your back like many of dentists they care and do the best job and usually quick appointments I would recommend them to everyone Thankyou for everything they do a great job .. I’m not usually one to give reviews but if your teeth are bothering you or u need work done I suggest you go to Mr dental Somerville mass

Had an awesome experience! I was a little nervous coming in, but everyone was very pacient with me and my numerous questions which made me feel much more at ease. I had a cleaning and a tooth filling done and both procedures went smoothly and quicky. Could not be happier with my experience here. Highly recommended!

Today Dental Service wasn’t good!!! My sister and myself spending a good amount of money for my mother’s dental service and my mother was not Happy. You Doctors and other employee needs to act more professional my mother didn’t need to hear personal story while working on my Mother’s Teeth or the Doctor left Her waiting on the chair not getting nothing done. There wasn’t no need to have 3 people surrounded around my mother talking about personal stories while working on Her. ACT more Professional for the Patients
