Couldn’t be happier with Dr. Basha and Dr. Wang. They are incredibly professional and their work is excellent. The staff is so friendly and helped me a lot to navigate all the complexities of my insurance. Best experience I’ve had with a dental practice and am so relieved I found them!

We have never been so happy with a dentist as we are here. Extremely professional, with the most updated technology in the industry today. From implants, teeth whitening, and laser treatments. We couldnt be happier, so glad we found Smile Dental Group !!!!

No appointments are available for the next year according to the receptionist. Dr Basha is good. Consistent quality work. The front office is lacking. The front office is awful. Dr Basha referred me to an oral surgeon but the front office messed up the referral and MGH wouldn't take it. I was forced to call the office several times and argue with the front desk to have her issue the corrected form. At one point she cursed multiple times and tried to pressure me into going to an oral surgeon connected to the office. I had a root canal in the office from their recommended endontist. He showed up having no idea of my medical history. At one point he asked "why are you bleeding so much?" I was on blood thinners and couldn't tell him with everything in my mouth. This was on a Saturday and then I couldn't get the meds I needed after the appointment because the office sent them to the wrong CVS. I have had appointments rescheduled. The office calls and asks you to come in that day. I have also had appointment confirmation calls four hours before an appointment with the insistence that I received text messages I didn't receive.

Dr. Basha and the team are exceptional! They provide excellent care, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Space is clean and well taken care of they have beautiful displays on the tv screens in each room for entertainment . It is a very cozy environment and staff are well spoken, respectful, and kind .They will be sure to ask how you are doing . They work efficiently you will feel comfortable to ask any questions and confident they you are getting the best answers . Overall I always feel better than before I walked in to the office .They are very polite at smile dental and I am happy to have them as my dental team .
