Got an unnecessary exam by a NP, for an issue I’ve had before and was treated for less than a year ago, by a Doctor, where they did not do such an invasive exam. This time my script was also sent to the wrong pharmacy, not just wrong location, wrong company.

Never go here. The secretary is a unprofessional. The nurses are rude, discriminatory, patronize old people and are rude to young people. Doctors and nurses are rude. Expect to wait and hand over your credit card before you see anyone. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Also the inside is gross and only cares about getting people inside with there huge red road signs on the window....what a terrible experience for the people inside.

Went there Monday later in the day for chest x-ray. No one on staff to do x-rays. Came back next day had x-ray given inhaler for dry hackng cough. It's Sunday now and still have dry hackng cough. They won't book an appointment for me I got a computer message you may have life-threatening illness go to emergency room or call ambulance. You are "Blocked". I should have not wasted me time and gone to ER 6 days ago. Never again .

I was taken there with a severe laceration. They took me right in. Everyone was professional and they did all the right things. I am healing each day. Dr B did a good job. I know every urgent care is short staffed but they made it work.

After reading previous reviews, I almost didn't come to this urgent care. The reception staff were friendly and professional, the intake was digital and almost flawless It would have been perfect if website was working. I signed in at 10 am via my phone, opted for updates via txt was seen by Dr and out by 11. Script was sent to local pharmacy, and I even got a lollipop when leaving! Couldn't have been more pleased with this experience, and I am a retired nurse.
