Dr Ortengren was pushy, rude and detached. She never looked at me and did not listen to my concerns. Faced computer whole time . I felt like I was treated like a 5 year old. I am a retired nurse practitioner and do understand medical practise.

why is it that you can not reach the Dr by phone

No response to MyChart messages, no nurse iniated follow up call for ongoing (2 months) paperwork completion for medication. If you can't trust a provider to the small stuff, why would you trust them with your healthcare?

The way they discriminate against disabled people. people who dont look or dress as others. I found them extremely disrespectful !

Whoever was at the front desk Monday August 16th was the most unfriendly, unwelcoming person I have ever encountered. No greeting, no smile, no personality. She just fired off questions and said, "you're all set".. That front desk is your first impression of the practice, and she was not what I would think you would want representing you. Mary Gallagher was great. One star for the front desk, four stars for Mary

Dr Gryboski was efficient and professional. She is very capable and I trust her advice concerning my health. The staff are also great !

Dr. Sidharther is the best in every aspect. His medical professional a skills are top notch. He brings in other wholistic approaches including nutritional health and healing. Explains everything completely and explores until he gets the answers. We are lucky to have him here as Medical Director guiding the way.
