I was a patient at Urgent Care Southampton yesterday. I was in a lot of pain and had not slept well in days. When I arrived I was greeted and ultimately seen in a timely fashion by true professionals. The three women , one at the front desk, the young intake woman, and the matter of fact, non judgemental doctor ALL were wonderful!!! Even though I was still hurting I left there feeling confident that everything would be fine soon. I'm a resident of Easthampton and am so happy to have Urgent Care Southampton close by. They truly made my day!!

I haven't been here since last year and yet she still remembered me. They are great people doing a stressful job not knowing what will walk in next. I do think CD needs to think about extending the lab hours. It'd be more convenient for those that work till 3 or 4 and don't want to go to Northampton.

I've been here several times and its never the same. 3 out of 4 times they tell me to go to the hospital for basic illness such as vomiting. One time I came in with a soar throat and fever, they took cultures and ruled out strep, covid and flu and did nothing else but charge me 178$. One time I went in with an ingrown toenail and they helped me imensly with immediate care. I never know whether they will help me and my family or not.
