They will neglect your opinion and tell you that you are wrong. Not just me hearing this either. What is the point of going to a doctor that does not believe you? Very disappointed in reliant medical group and I will make sure no one I know goes there.

Just went for a checkup. I've had a bit of a cold and went to the location extra early to make sure that I could still have my appointment. There were no signs with the "If you have had ... then please reschedule". When I came back for the appointment the receptionist didn't ask me that question either. I thought that I was ok to continue.LSS - They made me feel like I did something wrong by going to the Dr's office.If there were other physicians that were actually taking patients then I might switch very quickly.

Started coming here less than a year ago and every doctor and staff member has been very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and personable. I’ve seen my pcp, obgyn, and lab department all at this location and I’m very pleased with all of them.

I use RMG for all my medical needs. They are usually excellent. Every once in a while they drop the ball and it requires a lot of calls and messages through MyChart to get my appointment or test set up.

I have been trying to call eye services to schedule an appointment and they leave on hold forever. Today I was on hold for 1 hour and a half. I hung up and called again and they hung up on me I can't believe it it is awful

Have been going here for years. Lately the disorganization has been awful. I had an appointment in December and no new prescription was called in at that time. Now, prescription is expired and they tell me maybe next week they will get it filled because my doctor is on vacation. Type 1 diabetic so can't wait for them to get around to it. That is just not ok.Update: Tried calling patient experience and they tell me that this is not ok at all and that i obviously need the prescription which is fine. They send me to a message machine in the end which just adds to problems.

I have been there once for blood work. The person at the door was very informative telling me where to go. At the lab, the girls at front desk were nice and the one who took my blood sample was really nice and patient. (And I'm scared of needles and she made me feel comfortable. Her name was either Jessica or Jennifer).

Worst experience ever. The doctors do not respect how you feel and neglect what you say, they did not show any compassion for something very serious in my life and did not respect and neglected to listen to how I felt. They said “she is just 18 just tell her what to do” if I could give less than 1 star I 100% would.
