I schedule my appointment in July. My appointment date was 12/7/21 at10 AM. Yesterday, I got a phone call stating she is no longer accepting new patients. I said, I scheduled my appointment in July when she was taking new patients. You should keep my scheduled appointment. She said, sorry sir the doctor said no.

Dr. was dismissive and demeaning. Since my lab results didn't align with any of the checklists of conditions, she didn't want to exert any effort to work with me to try to figure things out. Dr. did not validate my pain, nor the negative effect on quality of life I was experienci. Like the other review..she didn't care how active I am, nor the steps I had already attempted to resolve the pain. Also the floors of two different treatment rooms were filthy, even for morning appointments. It led me to question overall cleanliness.

Primary sent me to this group. I got her. Will never go back. Did not address reason primary sent me for. I am very active, which she didn't ask about before she insisted that I use a cane. She frustrated me to the point that a rheumatologist will never be in my vocabulary again.

She didn't really listen to my afflictions and seemed in a rush to peg me with fibromyalgia and get me out of her office. I didn't get the feeling that she particularly cared about my well-being at all. She denied my request for physical therapy and deemed that my shoulders were perfectly healthy. The next doctor I spoke to was shocked that anyone could possibly diagnose me with fibromyalgia and got me into physical therapy right away. The office staff forgot to follow up with me twice

Dr. Mahajan is a skilled, smart doctor with excellent, caring bedside manner. She put me at ease and explained everything she was doing. Highly recommended.
