One of the reasons I switched to "FHC" a few years ago was/is they are a few minutes away from my apartment. I had an appointment on Monday, through telehealth, with a/my "PCP". He pretends as if he cares about what's been going on with me. I told him getting a specific medication refilled has been a hassle and isn't working. Once he "suggested" switching the pills to patches, I already knew he lied, and I didn't call back to make corrections. I waited until yesterday to get my refills and sure enough, they were the pills. The "doctors" and/or "nurses" are not about real/positive changes. I have no choice but to stay with "FHC". The "health care" system has been and still is a failure in this stolen, Indigenous, continent.

Horrible and unfriendly receptionists in the G level of the building. While waiting they were on their own phones making personal calls and gossiping about other nurses. Very unprofessional, please replace your staff.

Everytime, I had appointment with them, the waiting time from 2-3 hours for no reason. Their staffs have no manner whatsoever. One of young Asian physician by name of David Dinh. I don't know if his parent taught him some manner. That kid is so rude n impolite.

Early diagnosis of my son's cancer lead to his being cancer free as an adult ..... thanks entirely to the capable care from our family doctor at Family Health Center.

Coming from a doctors office i couldnt believe how awful the customer service is. The young girl at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I was transferred several times without even being asked to hold, or greeted by the person who had answered. I wouldnt reccomend this office to my worst ememy. Good luck to anyone who decides to use this place for their health care "professional" ( i would have given zero stars but there is no option for that)
