Dr. Gelman is a wonderful doctor. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He explains everything to you, listens, takes his time, answers your questions and is a very likable doctor. I encourage everyone to go to him for healthcare.

I called my PCP Dr. Gelman Gennady on a Monday morning, regarding a kidney infection. It is now Thursday afternoon, and I have been waiting in the ER waiting room for over 3 hours. My "Doctor" refused to call in a prescription, wanted to send out more tests, have blood work done and chalked my symptoms up to covid. Should you have the misfortune of having this "doctor" as your PCP, please switch. Im fact, leave Harrington immediately. This is not a facility that you should put your trust in. Sadly, you may have to look towards Boston, as it seems having Umass take over, was an even worse decision. The care received by Gennady, Harrington, and Umass deserve a negative rating and should be forced to close.

I have been seeing doctors for over 60 years, I’ve seen all kinds of doctors from primary care doctors to neurologists, cardiologists and many others. Dr Gelman is one of the finest young doctors around. He is extremely through and given to great detail. I personally hold Dr Gelman in high esteem. Keep up the great work Doc.

I got him as my primary approx. 2 years. I still have not met him. He canceled numerous appointments. Then they reschedule with nurse practioner. The one time I was scheduled with him , I waited over an hour and didn't have time to wait any more, so , I left.
