I had an brain mri done on Jan.31, it’s been 20 days and no one from her office has followed up with me about the results of the mri. I’ve called multiple times and left messages and no one has answered or called back. This is a nightmare.

Told me to get out of her office since I did not have alzheimers. Rudest doctor I've ever seen and she did nothing but tell me I was fine, without examining me.

My husband was diagnosed and treated by Dr. Elenein. She is very honest and does not sugar coat anything. Amazing doctor.

WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE NOT REFER ANYONE TO HER. DOES NOT LISTEN, DOES NOT CARE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ?? On 8/18/2020 I was seen by Elenein, Rania neurologist for the 2nd time due to chronic headaches on my first appt she put me on some medication when today I went I said the pills are not working and her response was well I can't help you here there is nothing I can do for here and handed me the checkout paper and walked out of the exam room. I was im total desbelief that a Doctor would do such a thing and to make you feel with their actions that she do not care about helping her patients, I didn't even had the chance to ask if Icould try a different medication I was left speechless.

I went in to see this doctor for an emg ( nerve conduction test) and when I began to discuss with her the reason I was there for the emg she immediately responded with "I'm not here to diagnose you I'm here to do a test and if you want to be diagnosed then your doctor needs to set up an appointment for you " I immediately felt dismissed. When she started questioning me later on about my symptoms she seemed to show some compassion , but I think it's only because she could see how upset I was over what I've been through. She didn't have answers for me on my current issue but that's not what bothered me it was her non caring cold demeanor . I would suggest finding a doctor that has some compassion and concern for the patient .

Dr Elenein was very professional but caring. I would recommend her very highly. She is now caring for my husband and is so thoughtful and caring in the way she exams, questions, and communicates with her patients. You can definitely tell she cares about each individual patient!
