This doctor simply offers a small set of options for chronic pain sufferers. If those options do not help you he refuses to consider other options or to continue to help you. If you have a medical history & multiple treatments that you have tried in the past, Dr Stevenson does not take the time to look at your chart and therefore continues to recommend the same treatments that do not work. Showing that no extra effort is put into your case. I was told today that my pain is too tough and I will no longer be treated. This reenforces what I believe to be true of the general medical profession. If you are not having a medical emergency or you do not have a life threatening illness then figure it out yourself. No doctor has EVER helped me unless it was a emergency. For all the chronic pain sufferers out there who are stuck seeing do nothing doctors. Stay strong and fight for yourself! Be a support to another person in pain. It's the best thing we can do when medicine fails us.
