Any hospital is worst than this one? if my call is such important why do I have to wait 30-60 minutes listening lying self promoting advertisement in order to contact another human being there??? Also average waiting time to check in emergency room is over 10 hours?

Thank you to the wonderful staff of doctors, nurses, PCA’s, and Lina in housekeeping ! You guys were FANTASTIC in caring for me! Although short staffed like most places these days, you guys work hard and do a great job!

Im just back home with my wife, she been waiting 9 hours after she decide to ignore her pain and go home. This hospital ER is a total desrespect to any patient, i even know there was people that had die in that ER Lobby waiting for atention. They where laughing at my wife in the check in counter when we where walking out. They do not have any respect for people. I feel sick when i think "FOR THIS PEOPLE I WAS FIGHTING IN IRAK" WHAT A SHAME YOU ALL. Why you have an ER to stock pile patients for hours in the lobby ? You all unprofesional crap should go to war and work as a combat medic. You all play with humble people and treat them like animals. You all worst than sh17. J.I.C.

In 2017 I spent about 9 weeks at UMass university campus. Several rounds of chemo, ER visit, and a bone marrow transplant. I have been there very often for follow up visits. EVERY person that I met during my stay was most excellent. The eighth floor (bone marrow transplant) rocks! As does the sixth floor of the ambulatory building (bone marrow transplant). I won’t name names; they know who they are. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the excellent care.
