Terrible place
HORRIBLE!. MISDIAGNOSED TWICE! Can’t make referrals. THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL IN THE STATE MY INSURANCE COMPANY HAD TO FILE 2 COMPLAINTS! NOBODY HAS ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THE NURSES AND DOCTORS AT THIS DUMP!
I went there a few times back in April. I was serviced very well by I think Lourdes. She made me feel comfortable and has taken care of me numerous times. 🤓
I'm in this clink 2 or 3 times a year with pneumonia. Let me tell you I have stayed in many many hospitals but have never been treated kindler than here. Great nurses. Caring staff. Don't know if they want to keep that umass thing going with the name thing. Either way the health care system is so fudged right now because they fired drs and nurses for a personal choice and then claim there is staffing shortage. F JB
We have been extremely grateful for the excellent care my husband + I have both received- from the ER to hospitalization Nursing care.
Well organized and minimum wait time.
My daughter had surgery today it was great experience with good care super friendly staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hi, the Harrington Emergency room in Southbridge, MA has not been a great experience for me or my daughter. The first time I brought my daughter there they had us waiting in the hallway for hours as they walk by us as if we weren’t even there. I got so tired of waiting that I left with out seeing a doctor. Today I came back for my daughter because this is the closes hospital and it was a horrible decision. The receptions Jen who works in the Triad and asking what was wrong with my daughter was very aggressive. She seem to have a problem with me answering question that my daughter wanted me to reply for her. Jen attitude and energy was one of the worst I experienced in any hospital. She was huffing and puffing and shaking her head . Not sure if she was over whelmed or tired but that’s no way to treat a patient who comes to the hospital not feeling well expecting to be seen. She got frustrated while trying to swab my daughter throat and got annoyed. She was very unprofessional and I wish I got her last name to really put her on blast. It’s so sad to have to go to any hospital and be treated as such. I personally would avoid this hospital.
Horrendous. Went to ER and they basically told me the same thing I reported to them and told me to follow up next week if pain was still there. Waste of time. I will never go back to that hospital again.
I went to Harrington Hospital Saturday April 1st to have my blood drawn. I got there at 7AM There was a small line waiting to check in. I was there 20 minutes when I was helped. I understand they a short staffed. The staff on hand were great, pleasant and helpful. I want compliment Beverly at the registration desk, she was awesome and showed she really cared. Too many times you only hear the bad, today, I would like to praise Beverly and the staff on hand. Great job.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
