This office does NOT have Urgent Care. They have two providers from Harrington that come here twice a week - Cardiology and OB/GYN ONLY! The other office is Primary Care ONLY and it is UMASS. Please stop coming here for Urgent Care.

X-ray department has no direct line. So you have to spend 20 minutes on hold with Harrington operator to be connected. Just to leave a voicemail. Never received a call back about a copy of a imaging CD. My wife had to go down there again to ask about it. Was given attitude and told it would be ready at 630am the next morning. Show up at 630 and they want you to wait 2 hrs ( shoved into a small room with everyone during a pandemic no less) while an entire waiting room gets in processed just to hand you a CD.

This has been my network got a few years now and I love ask the doctors and nurses. They give it to me straight and offer a few different options if I'm struggling with anything. This is a new facility and I'm excited it's so much closer than where I was going to before.
