Although I have the least aggressive form of prostate cancer Dr. Tyson recommended the most aggressive treatment. In fact, the type of cancer is so mild that three doctors at Dana-Farber Cancer institute recommended that I do nothing but monitor it. I recommend that you find another doctor who is as interested in your well being as they are in practicing their surgical skills.

Apathetic edging low level sadistic— jabbing his finger into my urostomy — accusing me of addiction post surgical removal of bladder and uterus while hospitalized post operatively
If you want surgery, he's your guy. Other urology problems seem to be of little interest to him. His staff makes appointments and schedules expensive medical tests for you without your knowledge or consent. If some irregularity shows up in a CT scan not related to urology/surgery, he doesn't inform you OR your primary care doctor.....in my case it was a problem with my lungs.
Poor bedside manner
No bed side. Manner!
Amazing Dr. Too bad had to change due to insurance.😕
Many of my friends are poor and this office is only for the folks that are privileged and can afford more expensive insurance. He will not take Mass Health so does not serve the disabled and poor. When I asked questions about this behavior, I was put to the voicemail of a person on vacation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
