She had no idea what was wrong- she gave me several different reasons why I was feeling sick. She even went as far as to say I was making it up. Like I could "will" myself into having a fever. She doesn't listen

Horrible - does not listen to the patient's concerns. She gave at least 4 different diagnosis for the ONE issue. Obviously she didn't know what was wrong. She says one thing, one day and something different another day. If I wanted a doctor out of a cracker jack box - I would have just gone to the circus. She is a huge waste of time. Why not just admit you don't know what is wrong?

I waited 4 months to see Dr. Westlake only to have her tell me that medicine can't help me and that I will only continue to get frustrated going to doctors. She says this knowing I cannot work or drive due to my conditions so I guess I'll pursue alternative methods with the money I don't have. Thanks a lot. Oh yes prepare to wait at least an hour before she gets to you.

I went to go see Dr Westlake at the Post open clinic in Springfield. I waited 4 months for this visit only for her to tell me that doctors going to help me and I should stop going to doctors cuz I only get frustrated and I should put my focus on alternative treatments and dealing with my depression. So that was awesome.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I feel fortunate to be in her care. She is very personable, extremely knowledgeable. Appointments are never rushed, and all of my questions have been answered by the time I walk out the door. She personally calls me to review results of any tests I have had, and explains in great detail all of her recommendations. I trust her judgement completely.
