Dr. Balder Is one of my family members physician. He is very knowledgeable, friendly. and caring about his patients. He takes his pts. concerns very seriously and works to resolve these concerns. He also always follows up with his pts. after their visit. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I am a 48 years old patient of Dr. Andrew Balder. I had been for long considered medically totally disabled with various serious and poor medical conditions. As the result, I have been seen by many PCP doctors. Without a doubt of all the PCP doctors that I have seen in my life that Dr. Balder had been one of the greatest professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, kind and also at the same time one of the most caring bedside manners PCP doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

I suffer from chronic pain due to cancer. Seeing this doctor was a complete waste of time no positive result whatsoever. Please do not waste your time with this Clinic if you're in serious pain at 11 Wilbraham Avenue in Springfield Massachusetts. I've had better service in a third world country. They like the jerk people around instead of giving them an effective pain relieving medication because they get more visits out of you when you are still in pain and you have to keep going back. It also is a rip-off to your insurance because you're filled 5 prescriptions that do not have any positive effect. So the pharmaceutical companies love it because they make more money that way.

I am 33 yrs old and have been seeing dr. Balder since i was 19. He is caring, professional, thorough, and he takes the necessary time with EVERY patient even if it runs into his own time. As long as you are willing to put the time into your health care, doctor balder will go above and beyond to help each one of his patients.
