I didn’t interact much with Dr Healy, he came in to read an ultrasound in my pregnancy. He was very quick. He asked haphazardly if I had any questions (as he was walking towards the door), and answered them quickly and impersonally. I had another doctor with MUCH better bedside manner who was much more caring, compassionate, and ready to explain and answer questions. Not impressed with Dr. Healy.

Hands down best doctor I’ve ever had. His attentiveness kept me and my daughter safe, I truly believe others would have overlooked my condition (some in fact did). On top of that he cares about his patients and takes extra efforts to check in with them.

Dr Healy is clearly an expert in his field. He is also the most caring Dr I have ever had, he trial has a vested interest in his high risk patients.

Amazing provider. Cares for you as a patient, extremely knowledgeable in his field, & compassionate. Very thankful to have been cared for by Dr. Healy through my pregnancy and labor.

He just delivered our daughter and I thought he was great. Explained things in detail without talking down to me, asked my opinion and feelings on the medical issues I was going through. I also enjoyed his sense of humor. I was lucky to have such great doctors At baystate.

My daughters and my first experience with Dr Healy was deeply depressing and left with full of questions and mixed with petty insults which seemed personal, like the many questions were silly and preposterous. This will be my daughters first pregnancy and my first grandchild. So now we both feel worried and my daughter really doesn't want to be seen at her next prenatal check-up. That says something. She will be searching for another opinion with a local hospital. A total insulting waste of time

A family friend of mine has seen Dr. Healy multiple times, as she has had multiple losses. He never remembers who she is, hasn't read the chart before the appointment, and has offered little to no help. His lack of care and attention may not have lead to her latest loss, but it sure did not help in any way. People see specialists for help, not to have their concerns ignored and to be forgotten. I would never see him and I would not want anyone I know to take this chance either.

I have been highly dissatisfied with the care I've received from Dr. Healy surrounding pregnancy loss. He seems unwilling to think critically about my situation and applied blanket recommendations. He was rude and dismissive.
