I went for a "Bone Density Scan" today, on a SATURDAY. The office personnel were very nice and the technician was a total pleasure. In case you're wondering, YES, they ARE open on SATURDAYS. (the web says they're closed)

I went for a routine mammogram today for the first time and I was so impressed with the facility and the staff. They were all so nice and explained everything thoroughly. My tech Miriam was a gem! I felt so comfortable and was in and out quickly! Thank you!

I have a mental health condition that makes me very paranoid, terrified, and stay in with no contact with the outside world for lengths of time. For me, every day is hard to wake up. I have a hard time understanding things. They found something on my mammogram on Friday. I waited in the diagnostic center for a very long time. They were very nice, comforting when I asked why it was taking so long. Eventually they brought me in and took the extra images they needed. They took time explaining everything although I still have questions, they did a good job explaining things it’s my fault I don’t understand the explanation completely. I highly recommend this office because the people are so nice. I am grateful they were so understanding and kind. The Dr. Deb was very nice as was the tech and everyone who I met with.

I had a Mammogram appt this morning. The front counter staff were awful. They were very unkind. Mammogram appts can be scary, especially since I have family members who have died from breast cancer. They were very rude. The heavy set lady with all the tattoos and the young lady with the purple hair were awful. But my technician who took my images was Awesome. She made me feel comfortable. She took her time. And explained everything. Ppl are nervous coming to these types of appointments. I know it's just your job and you guys do that front counter everyday so maybe you're desensitized to ppl and how they feel. But try to remember to be kind. You never know what the person on the side is facing.

Carmen was awesome. I mentioned it was my 1st time having a mammogram and I have real bad anxiety. She took extra time with me and explained every step. Thank you Carmen!!!

My adult special needs daughter had her first Mammogram on Friday. I tried to prepare her as much as I could by showing her a video. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and understanding Technican. Thank you Carmen you were wonderful. I appreciate your patience and the care you gave to my daughter.😊
