Went in on a Sunday at 1:00. Was told they are no longer seeing patients. Any time I have ever gone here, I have been told the same thing. I saw only about 4 or 5 people. It was only 1:00 and she said they closed at 4.. They need 3 hours to wait on 5 people?? Being that early they should not try to estimate how long each patient will take! That is ridiculous. If it was 3:00, I could see, but even still, work a little over your time if necessary! They have to think of a new system because other people have posted the same thing! Also, when you are no longer taking people....put a note on the door to save us the time and embarrassment of walking in. It makes no sense to have to go in, just to have them tell you what a sign could do. Plus it's irritating when you walk in and everyone looks up from what they are doing and stares at you, like your are a celebrity!

Thank you too all the ladies at Baystate! I had a wonderful experience. All of the staff at Baystate were extremely nice and extremely helpful. No long wait times. Thank you all for your help!

I had an amazing visit today. Patient care tech Ginger was very compassionate and understanding. We really need more staff at Baystate with the heart she has. It was a long wait but every second was worth it . Thank You Ginger and staff

Was told I could be helped over the phone and left work, waited an hour and half to be seen then was told by the PA they couldn’t do anything. Paid $40 and waited so long for absolutely nothing

Fire whoever schedules the hours. Why y’all closed when you supposed to be open til 4. Just disgusting. Since the pandemic some medical staff don’t want to do their job.

This place constantly closes hours before their actual closing time. I have been treated their once, I don't truly believe they provided me the right meds and it seems the infection I had spread to somewhere else instead of being treated.

Why would you close the westfield urgent care? The westfield location was very convenient especially for those in the hilltowns! No one wants to go all the way to Springfield or Palmer! I would have even have gone to feeding hills urgent care but you want people to travel to that crime infested place called Springfield? 🤦🏽♂️ I rather go to the non Baystate affiliated urgent care in West Springfield. Ever since Baystate chose the current Baystate President, things have gone down hill. Baystate just loves to ruin something that was good. Look what happened to Noble hospital, once Baystate took over it got worse. Please get a new President that can run Baystate better!
