Very frustrating with getting my 6 year old daughter therapy to help with a traumatic experience. Was told they would call back to set up appointments and never do they follow through. We had 2 virtual planned but they couldnt connect. They never called to retry and set something else. I had to call and call. Finally getting the psychologist she reassured me they would call next week to set up a walk in appointment. Never did I receive it. Now I'm calling and calling again. Since they have been dragging their feet and not taking my daughters mental well being serisouly, I had to take her to her primary due to constant severe belly aches from past triggers. To make sure she was physically ok. Shes now manifesting PTSD due to the lack of seeing a therapist. Yes baystate knows this as well...
