I been going to this clinic for 10 years sherron wrestle was all 3 of my kids primary she was awesome in every way she had to move and let me tell you this clinic is so horrible I will no longer take my kids there the wait time is ridiculous and if your working with kids you need to learn how to deal with them. I Call for a sick visit they never have any openings one time this lady even told me if I wanted to wait for his physical to get seen for a sick visit he’s physical was on Friday I called on a Monday this clinic needs to get shut down

I've had an appointment in February with a subsequent ultrasound for various concerns and Weintraub as well as Baystate has been ignoring me since. Do I have cancer? Who knows. Baystate and Weintraub will simply keep that info to themselves! I've called, sent an endless # of private messages via the portal, made several appointment requests---nothing. There's so much injustice when it comes to women and medicine and baystate is totally contributing to that. I'd really like to have a lump in my breast checked out now, but alas, Baystate keeps ignoring me after 5 online requests for an appointment.

They promote to use the patient portal, but my doctor does not answer. I try to do appointments, and they say she does not have an agenda or appointments available. The doctor doesn't follow up on my labs and my health concerns.

Front Desk Aly Is very Rude and Unprofessional. Kept answering my questions with “YUP” “YUP” very loud and rude , I asked for a supervisor after I asked to speak to me nicely and refused. Stated they’re is no supervisor at this time , saying it very happy as an basically hahaha to me. But it’s ok I’ll will be showing up in person 😘 FYI guys I promise I wasn’t being rude, I work in the medical field so I get how these things work, But I would never to speak to a patient rudely for no reason. They need to stop hiring ppl that just want to work for money and not because they actually love their job 💯
