The staff here are generally very nice. That being said, I have been waiting for a prescription for my son's formula for about a month, maybe more. I waited patiently for 2 weeks after I had requested the prescription before I called to inquire about it, just to find out someone wrote it but didn't do anything with it. It was sitting on a desk. Another week goes by and I call again, to find out it's still sitting there. It finally gets marked as urgent and another week goes by and I get a call from the pharmacy that will be delivering it saying the prescription is invalid. Once again, I call and tell them the information they need just to be told I'd have to wait 24 hours for the message to be delivered and it was marked as urgent. How are wait times for urgent messages 24 hours? And still no one calls after 24 hours? Never in my life have I had this much trouble getting a prescription, let alone one to help feed a child. Update: The specialty pharmacy that will be delivering the formula called the office for clinical notes just stating height and weight of my son. It was the last thing they needed before being able to ship the formula. They said no and that medical records can be sent in 48 hours. I called to see if there was anyone I can speak to so they can just get that simple information faxed over and they refused, stating there was already a note left for the nurses (that I already knew their response to) and that any record at all will take 24 hours. Insane the wait time for absolutely anything at all no matter how simple and important the case is. It's late October and I have been trying to get formula delivered since Sept.
Doctors here are amazing. Staff is usually kind, respectful, and fast. However that's where it ends. They can't seem to keep doctors more than three months. I have had two primary care doctors in four months quit. Now they are telling me to go away, we don't have a PCP for you to see. Medications are not being filled because; no doctor to sign for them. And no one will answer the phone.
Have been there long enough to have noticed the change in quality of services. Yes, it used to be the best practice in the area. Now it's far from it. They need to learn to allow ppl to keep their dignity rather than treat people like you are undeserving of basic dignifying care. You can't get anyone to answer the phones. When they do, it sometimes feels that you are inconveniencing them. I noticed some contradictions that suggest that the right hand no longer knows what the left is doing. It tells me I made the right decision transferring out. I know some ppl that are considering the same. If they don't regroup and brainstorm for solutions, this practice will be gone. What a shame! It went from gold to coal real fast.
I've been going too many years and I'll tell you I just luv Dr Salazar and many other Dr's there , you have to have patients 😊
If I could give 0 stars I would. This office has been nothing but a headache. I originally had a physical with my pcp in July, received a letter in the mail saying it rescheduled to august, and then another letter saying it was rescheduled again to September with a doctor I had never seen at a day and time where I had to miss work. When I went to the appointment the doctor put me on another medication that gave me severe side effects where I had to be out of work for 3 days. The first day I called and spoke to someone and was told I would get a phone call back by 6 pm that day about whether or not to stop taking the new med. I never received a phone call and made the decision myself to stop taking the meds . I called again the next day and was told the nurse would call me and she finally did and told me to stop taking the med. I then asked for a doctors note that my employer requires and was told it would be sent through the portal. After checking multiple times it was not there. Fast forward to the 3rd day out of work. I called again asking for a note and this time asked if I could pick it up and said I would get a call back. Never received a call back. Called 2 more times that day saying I really needed this note for tomorrow. The last time I called was close to closing and I asked to speak to the nurse or doctor but was told everyone had left for the day. I have never had to deal with such a stress just to get a doctors note. Will definitely be looking for a new practice once I actually receive the note for my employer.
The wait time is ridiculous for appointments. I was scheduled December now it’s rescheduled by them to May ? You should be able to get into doctors offices a lot quicker I guess not. Also the wait time to get ahold of someone is ridiculous !
The best primary care practice ever!!
Dear friend issues with getting usual scripts n staff lie as to pre auth. So she won't get her med. To breath. Even when insurance says it's authorized. If they fill it out right. Rude staff as well
Prescribers don't know what they're doing on pre authorization n won't fix their mistakes. So u don't get approved
Dr Haller is Great. His assistant that calls about med approval he is prejudiced n rude everytime he calls to contact me n says he's not doing another pre authorization.(the right way) for me to get my script that I've been on for years. He does pre authorizations wrong so you don't get the right meds u need even when the insurance calls n says it has to be rewritten a certain way. Love my Dr hate the place. When You have to fight for you medications to breath n suffer the whole time. It's not right. This guy needs to be investigated his name stars with the letter A. I will not call or go to this place Again. I feel sorry for the Dr there he is excellent n should open his own place n I'm certain all his patients would follow.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
