Dr cahill is an awesome doctor, he delivered my son..the nurses are wonderful, they address all of your concerns thoroughly and patiently...they call you to see how you are feeling...very caring and compassionate staff.

Dr. Cahill is ok but Karen the supervisor of Med Records is difficult to deal with and doesn't have good customer service. I have a very serious medical condition requiring me to go to Boston-asked for some of my records-took a month- then my dr asked me to get more details further back-waited another month nothing. finally called and Karen just told me wait another week and then they are now going to charge me for this latest set PLUS SHE IS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE RECORDS I ALREADY PICKED UP. This is illegal and not right. They are holding my latest records hostage until I pay for the ones they sent me at no charge. This customer service is not acceptable and is a poor reflection on Dr. Cahill.

I had to change to another gynecologist because the one I had for years was retiring. I wanted to stay in the same practice and chose Dr. Cahill. I am so happy I did. He is funny, makes you relaxed and isn't condescending like some doctors can be. I think you would be happy too.
