I had a great visit was taken at my time the medical assistant was great easy to talk with, and Dr. Chen is always very thorough, explains everything to me.
Dr. Chen is an excellent doctor with a great, easy going personally. I've been with him for a couple of years now and wouldn't switch for anything. If you need to choose a great pulmonologist he's the one.
Dr. Chen is a great doctor. He kept my mom alive for many years, without his knowledge and expertise I wouldn't have had her for as long as I did. I will always remember him being there when we needed him. He would even use his lunch break to pay her a visit at the hospital when she was there. He also stays way after the office is closed to make sure his patients are all set for the night.
I've been seeing Dr Chen for 12 yrs and love him! He's very patient and never rushes you. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things and listens to my concerns. Would highly recommend.
Would not recommend. This doctor was extremely dismissive to my father. Tried to give him the wrong medication, would not listen when explaining the concerns regarding the meds he was currently on and did not review the chart properly.
DR. CHEN TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND THEN GIVES YOU THE TOOLS IF ANY TO HELP YOU. I RECOMMEND DR. CHEN TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A BREATHING DOCTOR.
So great with my doctor chin Chen m MD.definitely l recommended Dr chin Chen.for everyone. It's a great plumoncologist.,
I am a 58 year old male with end stage emphysema. I was referred to Dr. Chen by my PCP. Boy does she know all the real good specialist's. After only about 8-10 months of seeing Dr. Chen, I have gone from 24-7 oxygen use, to only using my oxygen at night for sleeping. From the minute I wake up to when I go to bed, I do not use my portable oxygen machine anymore. He prescribed a drug in pill form called Daliresp, which I take every AM. That is the reason for my now normal daytime breathing. Yeah!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
