Dr Ziegler is direct and to the point, good bedside manner and professional my complaint is the wait time but I'm reminded of a sign I saw in my favorite restaurant "No matter how long it takes, the service here is as fast as possible"

After having the painfull reminder I have an old damaged shoulder I called 8:30 AM scheduler asked "how about 1:30 today...." Arrived on time to fill out redundant paperwork, Took off my shirt, got xrayed then a brief review of my situation, including arm shoulder twisting testing. Got the cortizone injection and was on my way to finish my day at work! Could not have been better in my dreams Thank you Dr Ziegler, and staff Shout out to PA Mr Zwirko who ussually handles my non emergancy visits

Without question, Dr. Ziegler is the best ortho I have ever been to. He is very courteous, explained everything, and listened to my questions. Within minutes, he had reviewed my file and knew the plan of action to address my shoulder problems.
