List of Debra Junnila's Reviews
I had to see Dr Junnila regarding a nerve-wracking concern since my MD was not available. She was very gentle, thorough and reassuring. The visit did not feel rushed and her calm demeanor had a relaxing effect on me. I felt so much better after the visit. Since my GYN is moving, this visit made me decide to request Dr Junnila to be the doctor I see at this practice in the future. I think the one visit I’ve had was the most comfortable I’ve ever been with this type of doctor, which is not an adjective I would ever use for this kind of appt before. To not dread my next visit is a nice feeling.
Dr. Junnila was the on call doctor that delivered my baby and I am so grateful for her! There were a few times I wanted to proceed with different medical interventions while pushing and she encouraged me that I was completely capable to deliver my baby without them. I am so happy for her guidance and she handled my delivery flawlessly.
She is very patient and understanding. When I call they listen and I have never had any trouble getting into to see either the PA or Dr Junilla. If it wasn't for Dr Junilla office I might still be here. They are the ones that found my cancer.
I saw Dr. Junnila due to a long history of extreme period pain and infertility. She did not listen to me, and she disregarded my family history of endometriosis. She also told me that endo surgery would leave me totally infertile. (Wrong!) She snapped at me and told me that my pain was "just on the extreme end of normal." She was wrong about everything, especially my pain. I eventually found an amazing doctor who listened, performed surgery, and diagnosed me with stage 3 endometriosis.
Dr. Junnilla did not make it to my delivery, even though I was in the hospital 7 hours prior and this was my 3rd child. My delivery had to be performed by the resident doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
