List of Dr. Stanley F. Glazer's Reviews
That would have been 44 years ago. Made me feel comfortable since day one.
Dr. Glazer does excellent work with fillers and botox.
I have been seeing Dr. Glazer for cosmetic fillers for over two years. Dr. Glazer takes time to discuss my expectations, and explains the costs of products. He does not try to talk you into more than he feels is necessary to meet your expectations, and strives to keep the cost down. When prescribing RetinA, he urges you to shop around for the best price. Dr. Glazer is extremely busy, and it can take several months to get an appointment.
I am currently looking for a new Doctor for my son. Every time I have made appointments with this Dr. they call me a few days before the appointment to reschedule. Then when I do get him in we have to sit there for quite a while... Children do not enjoy sitting in waiting rooms for over a half hour!
He did not prescribe the best medications to help my facial skin heal. My skin was severely damaged while I was under his "care." He promised me "Mother Nature and Time would do most of the work." What a joke! Right before I left New England Dermatology, he said the damaged skin looked "Good enough." However, little children would point and laugh at my face. It was very embarrassing. I have seen several dermatologists since. They all agree that he did not do enough while I was under his care. They say that it is now too late to fix the damaged skin. They tell me that he had a great opportunity to help me. Instead, he just sat on his hands.
Never met the guy.Whenever I made an appointment to see him, I ended up see the Physicians Assistant. But they billed my insurance that he was the doctor.
very crowded, always late, didn't provide good advice for skin condition, see someone else
DOWNPLAYS SERIOUSNESS OF ACNE: For 6 years, I was a patient of Dr. Glazer. Although I had severe acne all over my neck, back, face, and chest, he would only prescribe, at most, an oral antibiotic and one topical cream. Well, 8 years and many acne scars later, I switched to a new dermatologist; finally, an improvement! My new dermatologist prescribed a thorough regime for me (unlike Glazer), which consists of PRESCRIPTION (1) shampoo, (2) moisturizer, and (3) body wash; plus an (4) Rx vitamin supplement, (5) oral antibiotic, a (6) Retin-A topical cream, and a (7) 2nd topical cream to encourage skin cell repair. Although my skin is far from clear, it is better than before. Glazer told me my skin was fine, but think of it this way; IF my skin really was “fine,” why would my new Dr. prescribe (7) different pills and creams! He even misdiagnosed my skin as oily! He overbooks, is always crowded, doesn’t explain anything, doesn’t like phone calls, and rushes you out of the office. Grade: F

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
