She was amazing! made me comfortable the whole time! even when I was in pain she managed to make me laugh!! just a gentle soul!! I love her!!!

I had a hysterectomy a couple years ago to deal with a pro-lapsed uterus. Based on my experience, I would not recommend her to anyone. The first surgery left me completely unable to pee, which necessitated a second surgery. The second surgery left me with a vagina the width of a slim pencil and negatively affected me bladder control. My follow-up appointment with her was less than satisfactory. She orchestrated the appointment so that I was on my back with my legs in the stirrups before she ever walked into the room, she checked to see if I was healing, and hastily left the room without ever asking me how I was doing or giving me any opportunity to ask questions. The follow-up appointment lasted less than 60 seconds before she exited thru the patient entry door. I would not see her again.

Dr. Solomon performed a hysterectomy on me a couple years ago due to a prolapsed uterus. Prior to the surgery, she recommended installing a mesh sling to assure I would not experience loss of bladder control as I aged. It seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately, she put the sling in too tight and a week after surgery I was still unable to pee without a catheter. This entailed a second surgery to remove the mesh. I'm glad the mesh was removed because several months after the surgery, the FDA banned the mesh because of the health issues they had been causing in women who had had them installed before me. The second surgery to remove the mesh left me with a vagina that isn't big enough for a pencil, and with bladder control issues that I had never experienced before. I can only guess that she was well aware the surgery did not go well, as she orchestrated my follow-up appointment in such a manner that she never asked me how I was doing, and I had no opportunity to ask her any questions before she exited the room in a hasty fashion. I would not see her again, and I would warn any of my friends against seeing her.

I went to her for an initial consult for vaginal bulge after birthing 3 big babies. Right away, the experience was off to bad start. She is so abrupt in her ways and has her mind all made up about you within a few questions. Something was off about the whole experience. She spent the whole time downplaying symptoms, barely wanted to stay in the room to finish

Recently underwent prolapse surgery immediately following a hysterectomy due to Endometrial Cancer and Dr Solomon was very caring, compassionate and informative. I would highly recommend Dr Solomon!

Dr. Ellen Solomon performed my surgery. She did an excellent job and 6 months later I have better bladder control and feel great!

Dr Solomon really knows her stuff and is super nice. She put me at ease right away. She is very professional and experienced as well as being a delightful person.
