Dr. Dinino is excellent both professionally and personally, he has a great bedside manner and I respect his diagnosis. Once you walk out the door however, trying to establish communication with Dr. Dinino or receive information from office staff is difficult. The office does not function like a "well oiled machine" and it does not make Dr. Dinino look like the professional that he is. The office mailed me test results two times yet I have never received them, which makes me concerned where my personal information has been mailed to? That is a really creepy feeling because someone out there has my personal information and what will they choose to do with it?
